These reports describe the baseline status in EU Member States and regions, and in COPIE's work areas, at the start of COPIE 2 in 2009.
The regional reports describe the demographic and economic structure, the business support system, the roles of the ESF and ERDF in business support, and the issues at stake in joining the support up.
