FIN-EN: "Sharing Methodologies on Financial Engineering for Enterprises" is a project amongst 13 institutions, each representing a different EU Region and Member State which is co-funded by the Interreg IVC Programme.

The Interregional Cooperation Programme INTERREG IVC, financed by the European Union’s Regional Development Fund, helps Regions of Europe work together to share experience and good practice in the areas of innovation, the knowledge economy, the environment and risk prevention. EUR 302 million is available for project funding but, more than that, a wealth of knowledge and potential solutions are also on hand for regional policy-makers.

The FIN-EN project aims at enhancing co-operation between regional and national authorities across Europe on the methodologies and instruments used for implementing Financial Engineering operations without the European Investment Fund in the framework of EU Structural Funds.

The main goal of FIN-EN is to set up a wide and stable network where to discuss each phase of financial engineering operations’ implementation and the underlying financial instruments in order to find concrete solutions to similar problems.
