Sound Communication is a new social enterprise based in the North West of England and offering high quality PR, media, marketing and digital communications services. It is both a Community Interest Company and a co-operative and is based on values of social and economic progress, human rights and respect for the environment.

Sound Communication was founded by Matthew Finnegan, a former Manchester Evening News journalist and Communications Director for Liverpool, and Miles Barter, a former journalist and official with the National Union of Journalists.
