WHAT DO YOU WISH TO REALIZE BY JUNE ? WHAT KIND OF PRODUCT ( PROJECT PROPOSAL, ACTION PLAN, OR OTHER ) ?

Project proposal on transferring Taktix to local enterprise support network.

• Identify and get involved the local networks on enterprise support.
• Identifying a couple of local projects on enterprise development adapted to experiment with the game TAKTIX.

The 2 projects could be: Shanghai a project developed in the Gate Local Development Agency working with abusive activities and that aims at regularisation through enterprise creation; Equal Rom a Equal project which was developed with the purpose of including Roma people into the labour market. In parallel, involving the specific office of the Chamber of Commerce dealing with new migrant entrepreneurs could be the way to experiment with the game on a large scale and to a wide target. - Define the steps in order to aloud local experimentation an dissemination of the game (including adaptation, training of operator, methodology transmission).

Why not another project proposal on the Copie analysis tool Peter Ramsdem presented in Amadora: in order to propose to decision makers an evaluation on integration, enterprise and labour local policies.

WHAT ACTIONS WILL YOU TAKE TO ACHIEVE YOUR GOAL ?

For Taktix:

• 2 meeting in order to inform members on the Amadora outcomes and the possible practical applications and identify the networks and the strategic partners.
• Contacts with partners identified.
• Define in collaboration with Business Link Organisation: the competences needed to adapt Taktix, the useful steps and methodology in operator training (specific or not to different target groups: women, Roma people and migrants willing to become entrepreneurs).

For analysis tool:

• define the precise argument/policies/services to analyse,
• identify the actors to involve in the analysis/evaluation and the actor willing to use the results,
• identify the competences needed to adapt the tool, and then to use it.

WHAT KIND OF SUPPORT DO YOU NEED ?

Contact with Business Link Organisation and good practice about use of Taktix, and if existing about Taktix adaptation in other countries. Contact with Frez Ltd for the analisis tool, in order to define how to adapt it to our local needs and to understand: the background methodology needed and the most effective way to use it and then to read the relevant results.
