This Development Partnership was led by Exemplas Ltd and located in Hertfordshire. It was based on the understanding and knowledge that individuals could experience a wide range of barriers that could stop them starting a business or franchise. It was recognised that a number of pitfalls could be avoided by taking the right information and advice.
