Developing a Social Enterprise
Developing a Social Enterprise (DASE)
Developing a Social Enterprise - a resource pack - has been produced by BSSEC to provide guidance and information for those that wish to set up a social enterprise, but have little or no experience of business development.
Birmingham & Solihull Social Economy Consortium (BSSEC) is a practitioner-led network of agencies and enterprises involved in the social economy in Birmingham and Solihull, in the English midlands.
The DASE pack gives links to many useful resources (from a British perspective). It comprises four parts:
DASE part 1 - Are you ready for enterprise?
DASE part 2 - Producing a business plan
DASE part 3 - Creating a marketing strategy and plan
DASE part 4 - Balancing principles and profit
